Please read these Terms carefully before using IGRS Learning. They govern your access to and use of our platform, courses, and certificates.

Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the IGRS Learning platform ("Service") at igrsbd.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Registration & Use
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@igrsbd.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.
One Account Per Person
Each account is for a single individual. Sharing account credentials with others or creating accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation is prohibited.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
Courses & Content
Enrolment
Upon successful payment (where applicable), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
Free Courses
Free courses are provided at no charge and may be modified or removed at any time. IGRS Learning is not obligated to maintain free course availability indefinitely.
Course Access
Your access to a paid course is ongoing as long as your account remains in good standing and the course remains on the platform. We do not guarantee perpetual availability of any specific course.
Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued solely to the account holder who completed the course requirements. Certificates may not be transferred, sold, or fraudulently claimed.
Payments & Refunds
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but existing enrolments will not be retroactively charged.
Payment Processing
Payments are made through bKash. IGRS Learning never asks for or stores your bKash PIN or any banking credentials. By completing a purchase, you also agree to bKash's terms of service.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course. Refunds are not available after 7 days or after a certificate has been issued. To request a refund, contact support@igrsbd.org.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your local jurisdiction in connection with your purchase.
User Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service.
Prohibited Activities
You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; distribute malware or harmful code; scrape, crawl, or harvest content without permission; impersonate any person or entity; post unlawful, harassing, or offensive content in community areas.
Academic Integrity
Sharing quiz answers, purchasing accounts with completed courses, or misrepresenting your identity to obtain a certificate constitutes academic fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
All content on the IGRS Learning platform — including course videos, slides, quizzes, written material, graphics, and software — is owned by IGRS or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any course content without explicit written permission from IGRS Learning.
Your Content
If you submit any content to the platform (e.g., forum posts, feedback), you grant IGRS Learning a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.
Educational Purpose
Course content is intended for educational purposes only. IGRS Learning does not guarantee any specific career outcome, job placement, or professional certification as a result of completing any course.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, IGRS Learning's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question over the preceding 12 months.
Platform Updates & Availability
Maintenance
We may periodically take the platform offline for maintenance, updates, or improvements. We will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned downtime where possible.
Course Updates
Course content may be updated, revised, or supplemented over time to reflect new developments in GIS and remote sensing. Major content changes to paid courses will be communicated to enrolled students.
Discontinuation
In the event that IGRS Learning ceases operations or removes a course, enrolled students will be given reasonable notice and an opportunity to download certificates and any accessible materials.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
